Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in:

    Communication Support

    • Interpret during meetings with the Managing Director and partners
    • Translate emails, reports, and documents (Korean ↔ English)
    • Act as a communication bridge between Korean HQ and Hungarian colleagues

    Finance & HR Support

    • Assist with bookkeeping, invoices, and expense reports
    • Track attendance, manage leave requests, and maintain employee files
    • Support office administration and supplies

    Logistics Support

    • Enter and update shipment/inventory data
    • Coordinate with local logistics partners under supervision
    • Organize import/export documentation

Requirements

  • Required skills:

    • Bachelor's degree (Business/Admin is a plus)
    • No prior experience required - new graduates are welcome!
    • Korean: Native/fluent (professional reading, writing, speaking)
    • English: Strong business proficiency (B2/C1+)
    • Hungarian: Preferred
    • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive attitude
    • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
