Financial Accountant (Serbian OR Croatian Speaking)

• perform balance sheet reconciliations, profit & loss (P&L) analyses, and revenue/expense reviews
• carry out intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• prepare monthly forecasting reports, sales analyses, and variance analyses
• conduct cost center reviews and multi-currency bank account reconciliations
• calculate and post periodic general ledger journal entries (GL Journals)
• prepare and submit manual Intrastat and EC Sales declarations
• participate in year-end audit preparations and internal audits
• support the Financial Director with reporting, data requests, and process improvement projects

Elvárások:

• at least 2-3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience (SSC or international environment experience is an advantage)

• higher education degree in Finance/Accounting (BSc/MSc) OR Chartered/Certified Accountant qualification

• business fluency in English AND Serbian OR Croatian

• advanced MS Excel skills (knowledge of Oracle Cloud, SAP, or other ERP systems is a plus)

• excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
