Responsibilities

  • What you'll do day-to-day:

    Development & Innovation

    • Collect insights from users, market trends, events, surveys, and legal updates to inform the evolution of your solutions
    • Develop and maintain a structured roadmap for continuous improvement and new features
    • Collaborate across teams to identify gaps, align priorities, and implement changes efficiently

    Project Leadership

    • Serve as the primary business contact for projects related to your solutions
    • Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for technical teams
    • Gather input from stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth execution

    Operations & Enablement

    • Create and maintain documentation such as guides, FAQs, manuals, and training materials
    • Deliver training sessions to empower users and maximize adoption
    • Manage incremental improvements, bug fixes, and testing/deployment activities

    Presales & Customer Engagement

    • Support selected customer initiatives and provide expert guidance on solutions
    • Lead workshops and presentations to demonstrate the value and impact of eCommerce tools on business processes

Requirements

  • What we are looking for:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce or digital commerce roles
    • Excellent English - used daily in your work
    • Strong understanding of business needs, processes, and industry trends
    • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills
    • Clear and professional communication, collaborative approach, and proactive work ethic
