System Analyst Technical Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst

OTP Group is executing a group-wide program to modernize its IT ecosystem on the Retail Lending domain. The program GLOW is aiming to implement the retail lending, origination and workflow solution group-wide for multiple lending products utilizing multiple channels.
System Analyst (Technical Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst)
We are looking for a System Analyst who is the vital link between information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of Retail Lending Origination and Workflow solution features.

• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
• Contribute to IT architecture design and advocate for architectural best practices
• Estimate effort and resources required for IT implementations
• Create comprehensive technical documentation including
• Process modeling using BPMN
• Data modeling and database design
• System parametrization and configuration
• Integration design with internal and external systems
• Business logic and calculations
• User Interface (UI) specifications.
• Support developers during implementation and ensure alignment with specifications
• Prepare and execute system analyst tests
• Support integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate in bug fixing and quality improvements
• Investigate and resolve production incidents
• Support Product Owners and Business Analysts in defining business requirements and writing business specifications.

• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis / Development
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience on this field
• Proven experience in obtaining requirements including test definitions
• Advanced knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Degree in IT / Computer Science and/or Finance/Banking or relevant field
• A good command of English (written and oral) is essential, any CEE language is an advantage.
