Responsibilities

  • Providing support to colleagues and customers
  • Handling incoming issues and answering questions

Requirements

  • Secondary education
  • Advanced level Slovak and English language skills
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented approach

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in a similar field
  • Hungarian language skills
  • Czech language skills
