Senior Logistics Coordinator - Budapest

• Daily customer care and continous contact with service providers
• Keeping daily contact with other Bunge departments and Martfű plant
• Provide exact and up-to-date data for maintaining customer database and freight conditions
• Process customer purchase order in SAP (check the available stock, contact with BBS if the order be blocked)
• Order and follow-up the transport from service providers
• Create commercial invoice daily (including the accompanying administration)
• Check and prepare for payment the incoming freight invoices via SAP
• Handling and administrating of customer complaint

• Fluent English & Hungarian 
• Excellent communication & problem solving skills
• Ability to work in team
• Precise work, reliability, hard-working attitude
• Confident user-level computer skills (MS office)
• Experience in SAP is advantage
• (German language is a plus)
