• Perform movements in SAP S4/Hanna, including Goods Receipt-Inbound Deliveries and Goods Issue-Outbound Deliveries
  • Collaborate with teams from Hungary and Spain, to ensure smooth logistics operation
  • Utilize MS Excel and MS Outlook for daily tasks
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes

Elvárások:

  • 1-3 years of experience in handling administrative tasks 
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish at C1 level
  • Vocational training in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA is a plus 
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
