Your tasks will be:
- Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System.
- Serve as a point of contact for warranty issues.
- Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits.
- Implement new systems and procedures where appropriate.
- Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures.
- Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System.
- Sustain and improve total customer satisfaction by completing product, process, system, dock, compliance and surveillance audits.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Develop and implement effective and efficient preventive and corrective actions.
- Provide technical training to quality department personnel and assess the performance periodically and initiate improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure that products produced match the timing and quality requested.
- Identify, support and help implement programs designed to improve efficiency of the entire organization.
Elvárások:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology or related field or Associate's degree and minimum 5 years of experience in automotive environment.
- Fluency in German or English is required.
- 5 years of experience in automotive environment in similar function.
- Knowledge of PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and Control plan.
- Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CMM.
