• maintaining daily contact with customers, both verbally and in writing
  • organising and coordinating external requests (orders, requests for quotations, sample production) within the company, with maximum customer satisfaction
  • roject management of products (quotation, raw materials, production, quality)
  • planning production capacity and deadlines in cooperation with the departments concerned
  • communicating delivery deadlines to the customer
  • active participation in the first sample production process, overall project supervision,
  • preparation of reports
  • active use of SAP ERP system (from customer quotation to delivery)

Elvárások:

  • university degree in logistics, economics or engineering
  • at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field
  • strong knowledge of English at intermediate level, for daily international contacts (German language is an advantage)
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • customer-oriented mindset
  • good planning and organisation skills
