JOB PURPOSE
The Production System Coordinator plays a crucial role in the Secure & Advance site unit, focusing on enhancing production processes and ensuring operational excellence. This position is responsible for the implementation and continuous development of the ONEPSS program, driving efficiency and eliminating waste on the production floor. The Coordinator collaborates with various teams to foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.KEY TASKS
What you do is: * Own and implement the ONEPSS program at the site, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Guide the site team in applying LEAN best practices to improve operational efficiency.
* Plan and execute both short- and long-term actions related to process improvements.
* Organize audits, SSC meetings, and maintain the Change Champion Network to promote best practices.
* Ensure consistent and effective communication regarding the ONEPSS program across the site.
* Lead TRACC assessments and support teams in their progress towards improvement goals.
* Implement Focused Improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
* Coach and support production experts and technicians in managing process changes.
* Collaborate closely with the site leadership team to facilitate change and standardize processes.
* Identify and eliminate waste (MUDA) on the GEMBA by analyzing processes and addressing bottlenecks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum of 2 years of LEAN experience in a ONEPSS environment.
* Proficient in English (intermediate level) and native Hungarian.
* Strong safety and sustainability awareness.
* Proven experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences, from blue-collar workers to leadership teams.
