• Assist in creating and updating the Global Process Owner (GPO) playbook, which includes best practices, guidelines, and procedures for different processes
• Conduct research and analysis to identify key elements that enhance user experience and incorporate them into the company's digital platforms
• Support the GPO team in managing activities and projects, including project management office (PMO) tasks
• Develop and maintain learning paths for different business units within BP, ensuring employees have access to relevant training and development resources
• Assist in automating procurement guidance within the Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system to streamline procurement processes
• Use Signavio software to map and analyze business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for the company's strategic initiatives
• Assist in documenting and implementing project management best practices across various projects
• Perform business analysis on contracting activities, including specific projects and activity load across the team
• Conduct market analysis on risk management systems to identify potential solutions and improvements

• Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
• Intermediate English knowledge both written and verbal
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
• Good communication skills
• Team player, in this role you will be working with a multi-country and discipline team
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Experience with reporting tools (Analytics - Power BI, Ariba, SAP, Fieldglass)
