Procurement Fleet Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Fleet Specialist to support the administration and operational management of the company fleet. You will ensure data accuracy, coordinate stakeholders, manage fleet-related processes, and contribute to efficient and compliant fleet operations.

• Maintain and update fleet-related master data in SAP HR systems, including driver and taxation information.
• Manage and maintain fleet reporting and master data records using Excel.
• Provide support to drivers and internal stakeholders regarding fleet-related inquiries.
• Coordinate traffic fine management and act as the interface between authorities, HR, and Finance.
• Review, clarify, correct, and approve supplier and leasing-related invoices in SAP.
• Manage and process requests received through shared mailboxes.
• Support operational fleet processes and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Elvárások:

• Experience in procurement, fleet administration, or operational support roles.
• Good SAP knowledge and confidence working with ERP-based processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets and reports.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and external providers.
• Fluent German language skills are mandatory.
