Organisation and Process management specialist

CIB Bank is looking for two Organizational Development Partners to join the HR&Organization Department’s professional team focusing on efficiency for the Bank’s processes and organizational structure. It’s a strategic and central organisation of the bank, with an overview of its entire operation. We are not only looking for someone who is able to do the job but to be part of our diverse, supportive and proactive team.

We are looking for a team member with at least 5 years of experience.

• Have intermediate level of English language skills, both spoken and written, due to our frequent collaborations with our parent company.
• Showcase relevant process management projects you participated in or led to success.
• Have experience with different process management tools (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma etc.).
• Have experience with reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, power pivot, macro).
• You are known for your strategic and analytical mindset.
• Possess outstanding relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Are looking for an enabling environment, where your professional expertise is a key quality.
• Are able to manage your workload but also want to be a part of a supportive team.
• In addition to all this, we are happy if you gathered experience within the financial sector.

• Participating in and monitoring of bank-wide efficiency initiatives.
• Supporting process improvement projects as methodological expert.
• Planning and monitoring the capacity needs of departments and processes.
• Assessing the efficiency of given processes (preparation of reports), formulating recommendations, coordinating their implementation.
• Supporting of robotic automation in different processes.
• Maintaining high quality communication with Business and IT departments.
