Responsibilities

  • Checking and organizing documents for domestic shipments (delivery notes, cargo lists, waybills)
  • Preparing delivery schedules and coordinating with the warehouse manager
  • Creating inventory reports.
  • Conducting warehouse and inventory assessments 2-3 times per week (Szekesfehervar)
  • Organizing international full-load shipments to third countries.
  • Completing export documentation / filling out CMR, preparing BIREG/EKAER registration.
  • Liaising with service providers: warehouse, logistics, accounting etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Native Hungarian and English language skills to communicate
  • 1-2 years experience in similar field.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in EV Battery Business preferred
