Our Partner is pidas Hungary Kft., the Budapest-based subsidiary of a globally active company with Austrian-Swiss roots. The company opened its Budapest office in 2023, becoming the fifth location of the international group.

The Budapest team provides IT Service Desk Support, works on process automation and explores AI-supported customer service solutions. Their goal is to make technology not only more efficient, but also more human – combining innovation with empathy and creating positive experiences for both customers and employees.

Due to their continued growth, our Partner is looking for a new colleague for the following position:

IT SUPPORTER (DEUTSCH & ENGLISCH)
 

Your responsibilities:

• Providing IT support to users via phone and email
• Processing, tracking and documenting tickets
• Cooperating with customers and 2nd-level support teams
• Maintaining and continuously developing the knowledge base
• Contributing ideas to improve processes and the user experience

They are looking for you if:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in IT support, service desk or IT help desk
• You have very good German and English language skills (C1 level)
• You have a service-oriented approach and enjoy solving problems
• You are interested in new technologies and digital solutions
• You communicate confidently and enjoy working with people
