Interpreter - Translator Intern Chinese-English / Chinese-Hungarian

Our partner is a Debrecen-based company responsible for the security and operational support of a major global industrial project. To support their dynamically expanding team, we are looking for interns with fluent Chinese language skills for an indefinite period. The position offers outstanding compensation and a highly flexible schedule that can be fully adapted to your university studies.

• Providing oral interpretation between Chinese-English and Chinese-Hungarian during daily factory operations and professional meetings.
• Supporting effective communication between Hungarian, Chinese, and international staff during meetings, training sessions, and factory tours.
• Translating shorter written documents, internal correspondence, and professional materials as required.
• Proactively bridging cultural and language gaps to prevent misunderstandings.
• Handling all operational and company information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

• Fluent, confident spoken Chinese (fluent oral communication is an absolute must).
• Good conversational English or Hungarian (Intermediate/B2 level or higher).
• Active or passive full-time student status in Hungary.
• Reliable, punctual, and discreet personality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior IT knowledge or professional experience is not required.

• Competitive Salary: Gross HUF 2,500 / hour.
