Elvárások:

• Relevant degree in business or HR
• 5+ years supervising teams in centralized HR operations
• Global background leading cross-border or complex matrix teams
• Strong grasp of standard employment workflows and services
• Seamless collaboration with finance, technology, and business units
• Strong analytical skills with experience using HR technologies, reporting frameworks, and KPI monitoring
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
