Responsibilities

  • Run and support the Compensation and Variable pay process in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Create and maintain the company’s job evaluation process in accordance with the global job architecture
  • Participate in the GBS budgeting process from employee cost perspective
  • Support the recruitment process from compensation point of view, and advice on compensation topics in organizational changes and promotional cases
  • Participating in salary benchmark and remuneration surveys
  • Manage compensation related calculations and reports like labor cost, 13th month salary, bonus, accrual, Christmas benefit, health insurance
  • Support the yearly wage negotiations by providing statistics and bechmark to the HRBPs and the union
  • Create and update processes and policies and advice to managers and HRBPs related to them
  • Keep contact with Group HR and local HR from different locations
  • Collaboration and cooperation in compensation processes between countries and teams within HR

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, experience in other HR field is an advantage
  • University Degree preferably in HR or Economics
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, any other language is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and to improve
  • Proactive, agile, customer-oriented approach
  • High level of flexibility, out of box thinking
  • Meeting customer needs in a manner that provides satisfaction for the customer
  • Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task/to get work done and delivered correctly and efficiently within frames and deadlines and according to agreed processes
  • Experience in informing, guiding and advising managers and employees in HR-related initiatives
  • Ability to develop reports, extract HR data and execute HR reporting
  • Knowledge of Mercer or other similar methodology
  • Knowledge of the compensation module of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge
