Responsibilities

• Organizing production planning and logistics.
• Providing support to management on topics related to production planning, logistics, and purchasing.
• Managing logistics and stock planning.
• Developing internal rules for logistics and production planning within the company.
• Monitoring the availability and stock levels of raw materials for production, and coordinating with Purchasing to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintaining daily communication with other departments regarding customer demands.
• Communicating daily with customers in English.
• Committing to customer-requested delivery dates and driving the organization to meet those timelines.
• Preparing and updating the daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Registering production orders within the ERP system.
• Contributing to the implementation of the new ERP system.
• Facilitating daily follow-up meetings with relevant departments (Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering).
• Leading position-related improvement projects (e.g., new software or process flow improvements).
• Creating weekly reports on raw materials and open orders.
• Occasionally participating in business trips abroad

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree (MA, PhD)
  • Relevant minimum 3 years of experiences
  • Fluent English

Nice-to-have

  • Phd or MA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or similar studies is an advantage
  • Work experiences in an international work environment 
  • B driving permit

Yaris Kabin Hungary Ltd. is a leading company in the production of agricultural machinery cabins and large components, which has been employing more than 200 people since 2021. We are looking for a new employee specifically for production planning and logistics for top levele in our 12 000 m2 plant, which is currently in operation and will be expanded in the future.
Our company is located in an easily accessible location, near Iváncsa in Fejér county, about 25 km from Dunaújváros, 38 km from Székesfehérvár and 60 km from the centre of Budapest, along the M6 motorway.
