<h3>Feladatok:</h3>
- Learning more about processing HR service requests, for example; worktime, employment certificates, workforce administration, employment contracts and contract modifications, onboarding new joiners into our systems and offboarding leavers, learning administration
- Supporting the team to ensure that the correct data is entered into our systems in full and on time and in line with our internal policies and local/global regulations
- Connecting' data from various HR systems, possibilities to analyse data for improvement initiatives
- Supporting our knowledge management expert in keeping knowledge in our HR tools up to date
<h3>Elvárások:</h3>
- The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status (in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or Training & Development)
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) in English and Greek
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
<h3>Munkaidő:</h3>
- Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
