Provide a professional experience for customers following established support procedures Deliver 1st level technical support via phone, web, email, and other support channels Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up Document issues thoroughly, including troubleshooting steps and analysis performed
Elvárások
1–2 years of experience providing 1st level technical support in a call center environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent English and French, both written and spoken Good working knowledge of Windows, including root cause analysis Ability to troubleshoot and configure peripheral devices (printers, scanners, iPads, smartphones)
