Feladatok

  • Provide a professional experience for customers following established support procedures
  • Deliver 1st level technical support via phone, web, email, and other support channels
  • Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up
  • Document issues thoroughly, including troubleshooting steps and analysis performed
  • Elvárások

  • 1–2 years of experience providing 1st level technical support in a call center environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English and French, both written and spoken
  • Good working knowledge of Windows, including root cause analysis
  • Ability to troubleshoot and configure peripheral devices (printers, scanners, iPads, smartphones)
