Our partner is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their expanding global FP&A organization. In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis activities, work closely with business partners, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while continuously developing your financial and analytical skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the FP&A team in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities, including variance analysis and accrual checks
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, helping identify key drivers and trends
- Collaborate with business partners and shared service centers on financial topics
- Support ad hoc financial analyses to aid business decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased automation
What makes you the best candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling, financial analysis, or accounting
- Excellent English skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Solid Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas); Power BI knowledge is an advantage
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Experience in a multinational environment is a plus
