Our client, a global leader in innovative technologies, is seeking a Financial Controller to join their dynamic and fast-growing team. Tasks
Oversee and improve the financial controlling system, ensuring accurate monitoring of production data to support business decision-making processes.
Support monthly and annual financial closings, including cost calculations, variance analysis, and preparation of financial reports.
Monitor key financial KPIs, analyze variances, and report on metrics such as productivity, scrap rates, material usage, and operational performance.
Provide financial analysis for investment projects, including ROI, CAPEX, and OPEX calculations.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to support decision-making processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements
A degree in Economics (preferably in Finance),
Relevant experience in a financial controlling role, with experience in an international environment considered an advantage,
Strong expertise in Excel and ERP systems,
Analytical mindset, systems thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving,
Proficiency in English (business level).
