Tasks:
The Farm Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and executing sales strategies at the farm level. You will ensure delivery of sales plans, manage relationships with key farm accounts, and align our offerings with customer needs to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and strong customer focus. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Define and implement segmentation-based, differentiating sales strategies for farm-level operations.
* Align sales strategies with country, marketing, and customer objectives.
* Allocate human and financial resources based on commercial priorities.
* Ensure delivery of planned results through effective sales planning, forecasting, and monitoring.
* Coordinate price and product flow mechanisms while tracking KPIs.
* Take timely corrective actions to address deviations from the plan. Specific Deliverables * Align with Bayer sales teams on account visit plans and ownership.
* Define and prioritize farmer customer lists in collaboration with sales representatives.
* Update and manage relevant sales policies.
* Strengthen company-to-company relationships with key farm accounts, mobilizing Bayer resources as needed.
* Collaborate with the Sales Lead to provide regional input on account prioritization and selection. WHO YOU ARE: * University degree in agriculture, business, or related field.
* Operational experience in customer-facing positions.
* Solid agricultural knowledge and understanding of the local market environment.
