Responsibilities
• Being the main point of contact for national and international customers
• Providing solution-oriented customer support in cooperation with application technology and field service teams
• Calculating offer prices, preparing and following up on quotations
• Processing customer orders including invoicing
• Coordinating with supply chain and logistics, managing delivery dates independently
• Maintaining customer data and handling dunning processes in cooperation with accounting
• Coordinating and managing complaint handling
Requirements
• Completed professional education and at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service / internal sales, preferably in an international industrial production environment
• Fluent Hungarian and English (C2 level), additional languages are an advantage
• Very good IT skills, especially MS Office and ERP systems
• Customer-oriented, assertive personality with an independent and solution-focused working style
• Strong communication skills, team player attitude, reliability and flexibility
