Digital Project Manager

ABOUT THE JOB 
 

Ceva-Phylaxia seeks applicants for the full-time position of Junior Project Manager in the Global OpEx, Digital and AI team within Ceva in Budapest’s 10th district. This is an onsite role with the possibility of up to 10 home office days monthly, requiring up to 10% business travel. 

The Phylaxia Campus is one of the flagship sites of Ceva Animal Health group. The Global OpEx, Digital and AI team drives operational excellence through digital transformation, artificial intelligence initiatives, and innovative project execution across business units. We focus on impactful delivery and scalable improvements to support Ceva’s global ambitions. 

Reporting to the Global OPEX, Digital & AI Director you will lead and execute digital projects locally at our Hungarian campus, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with global strategy. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure high standards of delivery in a regulated industrial environment. You will serve as a key driver of change management, fostering collaboration and ensuring engagement throughout the organization during digital transitions. 

YOUR DAY TO DAY
 

• Lead end-to-end digital project management activities, from initiation to successful completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with key users, senior management, and cross-functional departments to ensure transparency and alignment
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure compliance with internal quality and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate internal and external resources effectively, while proactively identifying risks and applying mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress, quality, and KPIs, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
• Oversee budget planning and financial control to support successful and efficient project execution
• Act as a catalyst for change, supporting teams through transitions and ensuring sustainable adoption of new technologies
• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, building relationships and translating digital solutions into practical, real-world impact.
• Operate with a high level of independence, taking ownership of deliverables and making confident, informed decisions.
• Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset, continuously learning and adapting in a fast-evolving environment.
• Be flexible and adaptable, able to tailor your communication and approach to different teams, cultures, and levels of technical maturity

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience managing digital projects in industrial or regulated environments
• Fluency in both Hungarian and English
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; experience with digital factory solutions like MES, LES, LIMS systems is an advantage
