Customer Service & Order Management Specialist (English-speaking)

• end-to-end order management: oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders in SAP, including processing, tracking, and managing order acknowledgments and deliveries.
• claim & escalation management: take ownership of customer complaints, investigate issues thoroughly, and provide structured solutions.
• Internal coordination: act as a key link between our internal Sales, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• stakeholder communication: Maintain professional relationships with global B2B customers, distributors, and vendors primarily via email.
• keep job-related documents and databases in SAP/CRM systems accurate and up to date.
• proactively identify bottlenecks and contribute to enhancing our service workflows.

Elvárások:

• minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
• strong proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems; confident user of MS Office and CRM tools.
• excellent command of English (written and verbal) for daily international communication.
• a proactive mindset with a talent for prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to reliability.
