Customer Logistics Intern

On behalf of our international business services partner, Transcosmos, Fürge Diák Student Cooperative is looking for multilingual students for the Customer Logistics Intern position. This role is far more than traditional customer service: it offers direct exposure to the dynamic world of international logistics and supply chain operations, while working closely with global transportation, warehousing, and delivery teams.

• Providing customer support for international clients regarding shipment and parcel delivery enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Real-time tracking of parcels and international shipments, investigating delays or transit issues.
• Coordinating resolutions and next steps with operational logistics and warehouse teams.
• Managing customer cases, handling delivery address and schedule amendments, and maintaining precise administrative records.
• Delivering prompt, professional assistance throughout the entire delivery journey.

• Full-time student status (active or passive).
• Communication-level English skills (min. B2).
• Fluency/professional proficiency (C1) in at least one of the following languages: German OR French OR Dutch OR Italian OR Polish OR Spanish
• Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills in speech and writing.
• Proactive, structured approach and reliable digital skills.
