Your tasks will include:

  • carrying out sales support work daily
  • responding directly to customer requests by phone or email
  • ordering and recording card orders and toll payment devices
  • answering the request of the Field Sales by phone or e-mail
  • processing incoming contracts and orders in a timely manner
  • the presentation of products and services to existing corporate customers
  • performing all necessary activities and tasks in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    system and Salesforce
  • keeping daily contact with HQ
  • preparing reports

Elvárások:

  • strong middle level English and fluent Hungarian language skills
  • great communication and negotiation skills 
  • ability to handle objections in customer discussions
  • an eye for details and sense of urgency 
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • good analytical and problem-solving skills
