Buying Specialist

• support the Buying Manager in overseeing the full product life cycle for assigned categories, ensuring operational excellence.

• act as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders and international suppliers.

• coordinate the flow of information across global teams.

• manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.

• utilize advanced spreadsheet and database management skills to track product data, resolve vendor issues, and generate reports.

• identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardizing operating procedures to increase team efficiency.

• navigate diverse business scenarios with the ability to apply correct rules and logic to each unique situation.

• provide administrative support and documentation management within a fast-paced environment.

Elvárások:

• bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

• minimum of 2 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, retail, or consumer-packaged goods (CPG/FMCG).

• fully proficient in the English language (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.

• technical mastery of Microsoft Office.

• exceptional attention to detail and a proven problem-solving ability.

• knowledge of SAP, S4 Hana, or Ariba is considered as a big plus
