• Application Support: Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for Salesforce and other enterprise SaaS applications, troubleshooting configuration and integration issues.

  • Incident Management: Manage and triage incidents, service requests, and system alerts in line with SLAs, performing root-cause analysis when needed.

  • User & Operational Support: Support user onboarding, manage roles and permissions, and assist end-users with training and best-practice guidance.

  • Upgrades & Releases: Assist with scheduled application upgrades, conduct functional testing of new features, and coordinate UAT cycles with business teams.

  • Data & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date system documentation, support data quality initiatives (monitoring, cleansing), and collaborate with integration teams to ensure accurate data flow.

 

Elvárások:

  • You hold Salesforce Administration (ADM-201) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) certifications.

  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, data management, and SaaS enterprise integrations (APIs, data flows).

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and ITIL-aligned support processes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical issues to business users.

  • Good to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Jira Cloud Administrator, or a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
