AP Accountant-French speaking

• active involvement in master data management, document receipt, invoice verification & processing, outgoing payment processing, reclaims & corrections, as well as AP closing and periodical activities
• adhere to agreed service levels, policies, and procedures
• determine, evaluate, and resolve upcoming issues
• identify and work on process improvement initiatives
• engage in collaboration with the business and key stakeholders to develop strong professional relationships
• act as the ambassador of our organization towards our suppliers
• provide qualitative customer service and ensure that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular basis
• coach and train junior team members

Elvárások:

• Education: College or University degree (preferably in Economics or Finance with a major in accounting or equivalent qualification).

• Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in accounting (primarily AP).

• Core Competencies: A solid, very good understanding of AP processes and a Continuous Improvement & Quality mindset are essential for this role.

• Languages: Strong English and active French language skills are mandatory (ideally Hungarian skills as well).

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and a proven team-player attitude.

• Mobility: Ability/willingness to travel (2 to 6 weeks periods for knowledge transfer, when circumstances allow).

Advantages:

• Transition experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Navision is an advantage.
