We are looking for a Market Reliability Lead who will support multiple sites within the market to achieve high levels of equipment reliability, safe operations, and cost-efficient maintenance performance. The role provides technical leadership, ensures proper implementation of the Bunge Reliability Program, and builds a strong asset care culture across the plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full implementation of the Bunge Reliability Program (BPS – Asset Care) across all sites in the market
• Conduct regular plant visits and work closely with Maintenance and Reliability teams
• Lead capability building and training based on the Reliability Training Matrix
• Review PM–PdM strategy, coverage, and frequency; ensure alignment with PM Standards
• Analyze Reliability KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Participate in failure analysis, lead or support RCA reviews, and follow up on actions
• Promote effective use of planned downtime and major shutdown planning
• Monitor maintenance cost trends and recommend improvements or CAPEX projects
• Support succession planning and team development in the maintenance function
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Safety, Procurement, CI, Projects, Finance, HR, etc.)
• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge and best practices in reliability

• Previous experience in a maintenance management or reliability role
• Proven experience implementing reliability programs
• Strong background in industrial maintenance
• Experience leading people and managing cross-functional teams
• Reliability strategy, asset care concepts
• Ability to lead or review RCA processes
• Predictive Maintenance certification (Level 1 – minimum two areas)
• Good understanding of operational and maintenance processes
• Solid analytical and administrative skills
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle critical situations
• Strong English skills (spoken and written)
