• Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently enter and process customer sales orders in our systems.

  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Purchasing) to resolve any issues that may arise, such as export controls or margin blocks.

  • Data Accuracy: Ensure that all order details—quantities, pricing, and customer specifications—are flawless before processing.

  • Customer Service: Handle returns, process credits, and quickly resolve any order or invoice queries.

  • System Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of our systems and tools to improve order management.

 

Elvárások:

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a multinational environment, preferably in an administrative or customer service role - but we are also open to entry level candidates

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English AND French or German.

  • A strong customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.

  • A proactive, reliable, and conscientious approach to work.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (SAP knowledge is a plus).

  • Must be eligible to work in Hungary (European citizenship or residence permit)
