By working together, we make a difference! Campaign Manager Corn & Oilseed Crop Protection Location: Budapest, Hungary We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help: •Suggest local campaign priorities in order to best implement & deliver our crop strategies •Lead cross-functional Campaign Teams (campaign managers, technical support and sales) in order to design & execute customer-tailored campaigns to achieve the growth and revenue goals of the organization •Working with Sales conduct post campaign in-field measurement of campaign effectiveness •Enhance and communicate Syngenta Solutions value proposition through unique marketing strategies •Translate offers to customer (channel or grower) needs and detail including delivery plan, pricing and commercial policies •Liaison with marketing services and external agencies in relation to content generation and execution •Ensure campaigns are executed in line with marketing budget and plan set by the campaign team •Support 5-year Territory Crop Marketing Plan by providing local market insights At Syngenta we are highly people focused – we look for professionals who are engaged, collaborative and excellent in execution.
